Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Policy

For U.S. orders, standard shipping is free on orders with an actual paid amount of $69 or more. For orders under $69, standard shipping starts at $9. Expedited shipping is $17, overnight shipping is $25, and Saturday shipping is $35.

Shipping Methods & Carriers
  • Domestic Ground Shipping: Sent via DHL.
  • Domestic Expedited Orders: Sent via FedEx. Expedited shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
  • International Orders: Shipped through Passport, our third-party international shipping partner. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
  • Domestic Ground Orders: Delivered within 2–7 business days after fulfillment.
  • Domestic 2-Day and Overnight Orders: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will generally ship the same day.
  • Example: A 2-Day Shipping order placed on Thursday at 1:00 PM EST will ship on Friday and is expected to arrive on Tuesday.
  • International Orders: Most international orders are delivered within 8–14 business days after fulfillment, although customs clearance may cause delays.
Order Processing & Tracking

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is successfully placed. We will begin processing your order as soon as possible, and you will be able to monitor progress through the order-tracking page.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your shipment has been dispatched.

If you request customization or monogramming, please allow an additional four or more business days for processing.

Pre-Orders
  • Orders containing a pre-order item will ship on the estimated availability date shown on the product page.
  • If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item becomes available.
  • Split shipment is not currently supported. For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing separate orders.
Shipping Restrictions
  • Our delivery service does not support P.O. Boxes, APO addresses, or FPO addresses for expedited or international shipments.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by weather, customs processing, holidays, or other carrier-related delays.
Shipping Protection & Risk of Loss
  • An optional shipping-protection add-on may be offered at checkout to help protect against damage, loss, or theft during transit.
  • All items purchased through the website are transported by independent carriers.
Customs and Import Duties

From time to time, additional customs duties or import charges may apply to international shipments. If you incur such charges, please contact us at cleluxemode01@gmail.com and send a copy of the customs-duty receipt by email.

Once the receipt is received and reviewed, any approved reimbursement will generally be processed within 3–5 business days.
