100-Day Quality Promise

Our 100-Day Quality Promise applies to approved non-human-caused quality issues, including seam opening, stitching problems, abnormal loose threads, or obvious workmanship defects. Approved claims will be handled by prioritizing replacement or reshipment. If that is not possible, a return or refund solution may be offered.

How to Submit a 100-Day Quality Claim
  1. Go to our ‘Start a Quality Claim’ page.
  2. Enter your order number, email address, and the name used for the order.
  3. Select the item(s) you would like to report and choose the issue type.
  4. Upload clear photos of the full item, close-up photos of the issue, and a photo of the care label. Additional photos or videos may be requested if needed.
  5. Submit your claim for review.
  6. Our Customer Care team will review your request. Eligible cases include non-human-caused seam opening, stitching issues, abnormal loose threads, or obvious workmanship defects.
  7. If the claim is approved, we will prioritize a replacement or reshipment. If that is not possible, we may offer a return or refund solution.
  8. If a return is required, return instructions and a return label will be sent separately after approval.
Review Timing
  • Initial response: within 24 business hours on working days.
  • Weekends, holidays, and peak promotional periods: within 48 hours.
  • Claims with complete information are generally reviewed within 1–2 business days.
