Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
We offer up to 30 days for returns and exchanges on eligible purchases. The 100-Day Quality Promise is separate from the standard return window and applies only to approved quality-related issues.
Standard Return & Exchange Window
- Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the order is delivered.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability and generally apply to the same item in a different size or color.
- Unless otherwise stated, final-sale items, customized items, and any items explicitly marked as non-returnable are excluded from standard returns and exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
- Sign in to your Clé Luxe Mode account and find ‘My Returns,’ or click ‘Start a Return.’
- Click ‘Request New Return’ and choose the order you wish to return.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, specify the reason, condition, and preferred resolution, and then submit the request.
- Print the return label and tape it to the outside of the package. Please include the RMA inside the package together with the item(s).
- Attach the provided UPS return label and drop off the package at your local UPS location. Once we receive the return, we will process it as soon as possible.
Return Handling Notes
- Returned items must be sent back in the condition required by the final published website policy.
- Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider and banking system.
- If a return or exchange request is incomplete, additional information may be required before the request can be processed.
